When you enrol in the Freedom from Cravings Formula program, we'll start off with a customized grocery list and simple recipes that are quick & easy.

From there, I'll move you through the following 5 steps:

Step 1: Identify

We pinpoint the specific foods that calm your cravings rather than trigger them.

You learn to identify sugars on food labels and choose whole foods that support your body, so you stop crashing at 3 p.m. and prowling the pantry at night.

Step 2

Step 2: Retrain

We gradually retrain your palate so that you need less sweetness in your food.

Through small, strategic habit changes, your tastebuds will adjust, and your daily routines begin to support you instead of sabotaging you.

Step 3

Step 3: Understand

We uncover the emotions behind your sugar cravings. Instead of reacting on autopilot, you’ll learn to recognize how to meet your emotional needs.

You’ll build tools that help you pause and let the cravings fade and feel more at peace. You’ll develop new coping skills so that you won’t need or miss comfort foods anymore.

In the Freedom from Cravings Formula program you get one-on-one guidance and accountability. You also get actionable strategies to help you build the awareness that naturally leads to more self-trust.

What if I’m really busy? How much time will this actually take each week?

Aim to put aside around 30 minutes per day to be guided through each part of the program. 

The short videos, exercises and assignments in the 12-week program have been carefully designed by me (I’m a teacher, so I even give you homework to keep you accountable!). 

How much direct access do I actually get to you, Netta?

For the 12 weeks of the program, you get a weekly 1:1 Accountability Call with me, and unlimited access in our private app.

Then for the remainder of the year, you’ll have access to twice-monthly live group support calls with me, as well as access to all the program materials and to our lovely friendly community.

Do I have to follow a strict diet or give up foods I love?

Everybody’s different, and we respect your unique needs and situation. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all diet or a food plan.

I don’t tell you what to eat or what to do, but I will give you the tools to develop the self-confidence to choose which foods support you rather than trigger your cravings.
