After years of struggling with strong sugar cravings and feeling out of control around food, she found a way to create lasting change without relying on willpower, rigid diets, or self-punishment.
What began as a personal turning point gradually became the foundation for her Freedom from Cravings Formula, which forms the basis for her book, Break Free from Sugar Cravings.

She knows what it feels like to have the information and still struggle to follow through.
Netta is the creator of the Freedom from Cravings Formula 90-day program, a gentle step-by-step program that helps women stop emotional eating and break free from sugar cravings.
Netta’s goal is not only to share practical tools, but also to offer reassurance that freedom from cravings is possible and that you don’t have to figure this out alone.
Netta is the host of the popular Life After Sugar podcast and has been teaching English as a Second Language in a technical college in Quebec for over 30 years, a background that shapes her clear, patient, and compassionate style.
Originally from the UK, Netta now lives in northeastern Canada and has one daughter, Lily.
Netta enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, snowshoeing on sunny winter days, yoga, and salsa dancing.
